The room:
1 room (some furniture available if wanted) with build ins, suits 1 female ($165 per week) or 1 couple ($90 per person per week).
The house:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, big kitchen/lounge, high ceilings, small backyard.
The Location:
It's not really Redfern, more Surry Hills - it's just across Redfern Park and in a safe area! 30 seconds walk to Busstop, 10 mins walk to Central Station, 8 mins walk to Redfern Station.
The costs:
$165 per week for 1 person or $90 per person for couple, 2 weeks rent in advance, 4 weeks (negotiable) rent as bond
The housemates:
Lesbian couple (24 & 26 years), both working full time. We are pretty easy going and enjoy meeting new people, but we do need our own quiet time and privacy as well..We do enjoy going out or having friends over - as well as staying at home, watching movies or cooking. We are clean, but not too fussy.
YOU:
Female (lesbian or lesbian friendly) or couple (lesbian or lesbian friendly), 24-30 years, easy going, steady income, non-smoker/outdoor smoker, reliable, responsible, sense of cleaniness, sociable, sense of humour. We don't care if you are straight/gay/inbetween or whatever as long as we all get along fine :-)
