God how much spam is in health and support?F***heads.
Sorry, just need some comforting. grandpa possibly in his last days, love him dearly, freaking out. i think he's giving up (fair enough, he's not well). It's nearing the anniversary of his wife's death. He lives a while from here......nothing anyone can say really but needs hugs.

Huge hugs for you Bells xxx
This must be such an awful time for you and your family.
Just because your pop has been sick for a while, doesn't make it any easier to come to terms with what is happening.
Always here for you xxx

Big group hug Bells!
I have lost two grandparents and feel for what you are going to. I kind of go into shock about it until the funeral and then it all comes spilling out.
Don't be afraid to lean on your friends and close family for support - remember that people will understand and care for you while you are down.

Bell, I feel for you.
See him when you can, hold his hand, tell how you love him, reminisce and share some of those warm times.
My mum is also close to the end, and I already miss her so much!
...gentle hug , Jim

thanks guys...sort of in a surreal world right now.
I lost both my grandmothers' two weeks apart from each other not long ago, plus a best friend a year ago....it's....words can't say it really.
I'll be seeing him sunday (cross fingers, touch wood) and I'm glad i get to do that. Some people don't get that chance.

Hello
I am a freelance journalist, looking for women who have experienced losing a partner to take part in a first person interview for a women's weekly magazine.
The piece would involve an interview and photo and would highlight your story, the challenges involved and how you overcame them. It should be an inspirational story, showing hope to other sufferers (for example you have started a charity or taken part in a chairty event).
If you would like to take part - or would like to find out more about the piece - I would love to hear from you.
Best wishes,
Mollie

BIGGEST hugs Bells........................
I was in this situation last Sept with my mother and its the most hideous time of your life. I still put photos and things away out of sight as I cannot bear to look at them
and its almost a year since she died.
They say time helps but havent found that to be true.
What was worse is that Mum was the last ie my grandparents and my Dad all gone.
HUGssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

besides from the peculiar offering from this "Mollie2009" person, I thank everyone for all the kind words....I'm going ok, it's funny what things trigger you though. I just hope we can all be surrounded by so much love as grandpa was.

Hope you're ok Bells...and yeah, is that Mollie chick for real? Why would a freelance journalist join a gay website to ask a random stranger to talk about losing a partner when the topic is about losing a grandfather? I smell Nigerian scam....
