i saw this film on the weekend and absolutely LOVED IT. good morning baltimore - what an opening track! and the finale - i can still hear these songs in my head! and i was so ready to not like john travolta, but he was fantastic.

Agreed. the movoe and soundtrack is awesome but for any fans of Hairspray , do yourselves a favour and see the orginal John Waters movie as well. It fhas Debbie Harry and Divine. yay!

i downloaded 'good morning baltimore' and 'you can't stop the beat' - both are BRILLIANT. i cannot stop listening to them.
