I can't believe that an organisation like the scouts can so openly and publicly discriminate like this under the First Amendment. Disgusting.

I hope the fund raising cookies are laced with arsenic.

i hope that whilst baking said cookies they don't grease the pans properly so that the cookies TURN OUT MISSHAPEN and then have to be sold for less than their market value.

Fret not Christian, I dare say a few of the Scout Masters have had enough experience greasing things to ensure that doesn't happen.

If anyone can track it down check out Scout's Honor - a doco about a straight kid who took on the Boy Scouts of America because they were discriminating against his friends who happened to be gay. Sounds like this remarkable young man needs to raise his head again!

That's brilliant... good on them for charging such a hefty price, how many of those "800 needy kids" could be gay and don't know it?

Damn straight they should charge so much, I was a Girl Guide for many years and I am thankful to say so, the meer thought that Scouts would discriminate makes my horrified, to think, what Baden Powell [founder of scouts] would think.
This is supposed to be a commuminty club.
Thank god I live in Australia and the Scout and Guides clubs here don't care.
