Someone should start a list of people like this...similar to the sex offender register. Perhaps samesame can introduce a list page? Similar to a thread, but with fields for for names, crimes and offenses (physical or verbal) committed against the community, dates and locations frequented. There won't be any legal issues to worry about if the contents of the list is restricted to material reported on mass media.
