Hi guys,
I'm looking for a housemate from 6th February when my lovely flatmate moves out.
Where: Pascoe vale rd, Pascoe vale
Cost: $150 per week plus going halvies in utilities
My apartment is only a short walk to Pascoe Vale train station, close to maccas (woohoo!), a petrol station, a public pool and everything else that you need is a short drive away.
I'm 23 and have a great stable job. It would be ideal if my new housemate was similar age and also had a stable job. I am a very social person with a great group of friends.
The apartment is completely furnished except for the new persons room. There is a wardrobe available if needed. Comes with wireless internet.
