No Mardi Gras Guide in major papers???

Have I missed it or has there been no Mardi Gras coverage in the major papers this year? Normally either the Telegraph or SMH do a special section with a proper Mardi Gras Guide. It's great publicity so why hasn't this happened yet? The Festival starts tomorrow!!! I am starting to worry that there are some serious issues with the organisation of this years Mardi Gras

I just realised I'm getting confused with the dates... I think the Festival starts tomorrow but Fair Day isn't till the following weekend and the various parties one week and two weeks after that. So we may yet see some more coverage. But I guess that's part of the issue this year - the dates are so confusing. And it would be good if there was more publicity before the festival itself actually started... we need to show the wider community that it's more than just parades and parties

Sun Herald or the Sunday Telegraph did a full page festival feature last week or the week before....

I think the papers have become scared of all the publicity regarding the Gay community of Sydney and need to bring this great festival to people's eyes, that the whole world looks upon every year, I mean who can really hate a bit of glammer?
