Yes crazy at it seems legislation is about to be passed in w.a to stop peoples underwear from showing.It seems the elderly find it intimidating and it shows a 'Gang' culture among the population.

This is truly hilarious coming from a State with a Government historically displaying "less than admirable" financial activity and high profile personalities being incarcerated.
