COuldn't agree more Dan! Am loving Blackout at the moment - very closely behind 'Britney' for my fave Brit album but quickly catching up!

I really am not a fan. Gimme More goes off at the nightspot, but I actually find the album by turns bland, cheesy and overly reliant on a digitiser.

I like the album, I don't think it's as sexy as she was on In The Zone, with Breathe on Me & Touch of my hand, it's more in your face party party party etc etc, and yes some of the songs kinda blend into 1 and her voice has had more work done that Joan Rivers BUT it's still a good album!!!!!!!

Heaven on Earth is my fave but the beats are red-hot and she's got good producers working for her

The art direction on this album is terrible. One can't help but wonder if it was because they had trouble pinning her down long enough for a decent shoot. On the other hand, her writing and production team are amazing as always.

is it called 'blackout' cos she's prone to constant drug induced blackouts?
