I'm a D Cup, even when I got down to a size 10 cup size remained the same, I find it a bit of a pain at times (literally), esp for running so have to resort to brisk walking/bike riding instead.

when i was 18, before i came out. i had recently grown large breasts and was very self concious of them. i overheard my boyfriend at the time saying "i don't like any more than a handful" to someone and it really fucked me up about my breasts.

it took me years to become comfortable with them. getting them pierced helped make me appreciate them. now i perve at my own tits in the mirror when i'm doing my hair.

having a really good bra is the most important thing for large breasts. i really recommend the triumph minimiser - i swear you won't be nervous about running for the train in one of those.

i heard that binding does make breasts sag because it stretches the tissues in some way? but i don't really know.

crop tops might be good. even when i do wear bras, i always get the ones that are made of stretchy material, not the ones that are all hard and structured. just more comfortable, and also good if your breast size changes all the time, as mine does.

um... for your question... i know that for myself i'd rather mine stayed the way they are and didn't start sagging, but that's more due to fears of my body getting older. on other people, i would just take them as they come. but's it's always easier to see other people's beauty.

Um... I'm not sure. But I think binding of breasts puts a lot of pressure on them. Hence, the natural support structure is stretched under the constant heavy pressure used to 'reshape'/ flatten it. Afterall, they're soft tissue and fats. So the structure is soft and stretchy.

cost is around $7000.
you can get put on a long waiting list for a medicare-funded surgery if you're found to have back problems or shoulder pain/indents due to the size and weight of large breasts, which are the problems i have.

except that the last time i went to a doctor she looked at me and said, "oh, you should probably try and lose some weight first." at the time i weighed 75 kilograms, and i'm almost my correct BMI. obviously the boobs weigh something, so aren't they the problem in that case? plus, arent you supposed to be a professional? weigh me before you call me fat. horrible woman made me cry on the way home. and didn't help at all.

i don't know how people manage to get it done, i've been to three different doctors and none of them have made it any clearer to me how to get started. you have to choose a surgeon but who knows which one you are supposed to choose? it's all really confusing and hopeless and i am terrified of surgery, so at the moment i'm trying to lose weight to reduce them naturally. not easy though. and not fun.
