there are *loads* of caravan parks around here, in varying prices/ qualities, depending on if you want the lush kind with swimming pools and cabins and wifi or if you want to camp properly and cheaply.

I do not travel much, despite the urgent need and drive to. This compelling drive to travel is unfortunately not of the literal sense - i do not have my license.. or the 120 hours to even be eligible to receive my probationary license.

one gets to byron easily, because it's such a tourist hub and backpacker haven there's a shit load of assorted buses and stuff that go there. hitch hiking is also easy and friendly around here. but bon, if you flew in, I'd pick you up at the airport, so you wouldn't have to worry about it.

and don't worry Alien, I'm sure we can convince your parents that we're totally normal, safe, respectful lesbians. ;D

rainbow gathering is a bit like ConFest if you know what that is, only it's completely non-commercial (you don't have to pay for anything: not entry, food, camping, chai, workshops, etc), and it's no electricity, and fully communal. Basically a bunch of alternative-type people camping in the bush for a month. google it I guess. but really, you just have to experience it to know. ;D

You dont have to dance, eventhough im sure you can.

Dinner before is a great idea, especially for those that want to meet up but dont want to come to the event.
