Pay to Watch the Parade

Last year I paid something like $30 to get entry to a fenced off area on Taylor Square and watched the parade form there, we got an awesome spot and could see everything. Is the same thing happening this year? If so can anyone tell me where to get tix. Otherwise the BGF Glamstand could be fun.

really? i don't recall there being a fenced off area at taylor sq. available for $30, but perhaps someone from mardi gras could tell you more about that? i think glamstand will be a hoot - vanessa wagner is hosting that this year i think. should be hilarious... wherever you end up, have a happy mardi gras...x
