it kinda depends on where you live and the kind of women you want to meet really
the other place to keep checking is queensland pride magazine because it has more women focused content than qnews, etc. and i'm sure there are some other websites out there that cater for lesbain/women only social events... google is your friend with that one...

Thanks for responding to my message, too!

In regards to meeting other girls: My partner and I used to have the same problem-- we don't particulalry do clubs etc, but now we just occassionally go out with a local lesbian social group. Only trouble is, most of the group are older ladies, not being ageist, but we do prefer people our own age, you know late thirties. So we don't go that often. However, we did meet some friends through the City Lickers social group, which is just great!

Also, have you thought of going to Grilfest this year? You're sure to meet heaps of girls there.

hmmm i would say that all the gay stuff except Cut N Taste pretty much (this is just my opinion) are crappy... but hopefully another Cut N Taste will happen again soon :-) i think you should read Lotl or any gay mag they've got some pretty cool ideas
