A fundraiser for the national queer university student conference, Queer Collaborations 2008: Freedoms are Won, Not Given takes place Saturday March 1 at 137 Greeves St, Fitzroy. Entry $10/$5 concession. Cheap drinks, live entertainment including bands Valentine, Hey Pilot!, The Original Generics and DJs. Performances by Judith Butler Trio, Savage Hardon. Fun starts 8pm, dancing follows. Carpet burns to be expected.
