Job interview tomorrow!

So, Im going for a higher job at work and have an interview tomorrow. Its a job ive always wanted to go for and now I have a chance to prove myself, As always I'm bit nervous before an interview but unlike previous jobs this is the biggest and most major job ive gone for and im feeling an extra layer of anxiety. when I get really anxious I start talking really fast and start confusing myself with what I want to say and I end up looking and sounding like a complete dropkick.

Can anyone share some last minute tips on how to calm themslves and be 'in the right zone' before a job interview????

Before you go in, tell yourself that "they need me more than I need them". Ask at least one question about how the business operates and pay them a compliment about how they're doing things. Don't just sell yourself, remember to show how much you know and like the company you want to work for. They will appreciate that.

If you know what kind of questions they'll be asking, maybe run over what your answers are going to be in your mind like you're making a mental script of the responses.

relax - easier said than done, but u wouldnt have got to interview stage and already been thru some culling process if they didnt think u had th goods, nows th chance to show them (pun intended lolz :))

my experience (different career) is that th interview questions will be based on th selection criteria, and i usually try and think of an example or an 'applied in practice' scenario of how i demonstrate or live up to th selection criteria

also, you may get th interview questions 1/2 hour or so prior to th interview so pen and paper etc and dont be afraid to refer to your notes during th interview

and relax ... :D

Deliberately focus on slowing your speech down. Take slow deep breaths and sip from a glass of water to slow things down. Remember, you know this job and they would not have given you an interview if they didn't think you had a chance.

You might want include as to how your an advocate for the brand, it gives the impression that your passionate about your job. This is usually a key focus in most major organizations.

Remember, you don't need to fill the silence; they are interviewing you. You are not auditioning for anything.
Answer any question clearly and concisely, avoid the feeling to elaborate unless you need to, again, you are not auditioning for the part.

If you do this, your silence will emanate confidence, and if you believe you can do the job, your words will also.

And for fuck sake tell them your fucking nervous if your are, they will allow for it and you'll get respect for being honest and human. I sit on shitloads of interview panels and I always like the honest "Im shitting myself "at the start.

Then I try and do what I can to break the ice, like finding out what football team they support and then putting shit on them, it never fails to relax them a bit (unless they have no team) Im a cunt but in a good way

retinol but just get presecription from Dr -I get Retreive and its about $39 for big tube proper strength
( but no more sunbaking when using it )

Peptides - but I havent gone into this yet

Vit C - but I get itchy with this

Dont pay for those $200 for a jar of stuff. Its been proven in many tests that the cheaper can do just as good a job.
I use Cetaphil.

Morning and evening moisturize , the evening is the most important so they say.

Dont know how old you are Wysi but laser is great. IPL and Fraxel - had them both and they clean up so much crap out of your skin. I get my skin checked yearly for skin cancer etc and I asked the Dr I go to if laser good or bad and
he said good that it cleans up pre cancerous stuff before the Dr can see it to zap it. I go to Dermatologists for laser not
those spa things and its not like cosmetic lasers where they burn off lasers. Just come away with an instant suntan.
