I know it isn’t till the 25th of November, but it is the only thing getting through my exams!!
I have to say that it is hands down easily the best event that Fuzzy puts on... and it would be up there for the best outdoor Sydney event of the year... big call...
So is anyone going????
Last year there were so many Gays it was wicked, you could survey the entire crowd from the top of Mrs Macquarie stairs and all the buff macho guys & all the buff muscle marry's blended into this hot buff crowd! Great day for eye candy for all walks of life!
SameSame you should have banners with ITM, there will definitely be a Gay presence there.

Can't wait for Harbour Life. One of the best festivals you can go to. They always have great dj's playing and this year no exception with Angello & Ingrosso, Derrick Carter and Chuck Love (can't wait to hear him do his live stuff).
It's gonna be a big weekend I think with Sander Kleinenberg playing on Friday night at Home. The summer (???) of partying has begun!

If you're feeling a little worse for wear in Sunday after Park Life, you are welcome to come & join the fun at Sydney's sexy new iCandy being held at the Vibe Hotel in Rushcutters Bay.
A cool breeze off the harbour, comfy lounges, exquisite cocktails, smiling faces, sweeping views over the park & 7 of Sydney's favourite house DJs.....
Oh, and for the launch this week, your $5 admission fee goes direct to BGF!

Today's the day! It's gonna be an wicked day suns out the music is set to rock my socks off (thats if I decide to wear any).
After just hearing some awesome electro from Sander Kleinenberg last night at Home can't wait for the dynamic duo (Angello & Ingrosso) to cast their net over the crowd. In fact heard there latest re-mix of Justin Timberlakes 'My Love' this morning which I hope they play. :D

so I was reading in the paper today that the dog squad busted quite a few people at Harbourlife? It was the telegraph so who knows how accurate it was.
Im assuming its true? How was the rest of the party?

Yeah here's the story on the SMH website:
http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/dogs-sniff-out-drugs-at-sydney-dance-party/2006/11/26/1164476052064.html
Pretty full on, the dogs seem to be setting up home at most major events now. It's the biggest waste of police resources I've ever seen.

Wow that was a little full on with the puppies... at one stage i was squished by a horde of people cramming into the dance floor to get away from them.
I do understand the need for deterrence but come on, that was a little extreme, in retrospect they really should have used those resources on patrolling the surrounding waters...
Aside from that did anyone enjoy it??? I loved it!!! I left Kylie grabbed a few winks, shopped for an outfit and off i went! WHAT A DAY! the music was awesome.. the earlier sets were a little too bopy for my liking as there really weren't too many people letting loose and carving up that dace floor, but a fantastic way to welcome summer in all its glory!! :D
It was interesting to see Fuzzy put together a crew that was not mainstream commercial house players, i love all their work individually especially Ajax's that mans set was incredible!
I don't know about you guys but the feedback i heard was mixed, some people not liking that they didn't hear much of the annual and others praising the individuality of the artists...
Easily one of the best events in sydney!

Nope didn't go none of my friends went it is a pretty straight party.
I never feel welcome at straight events - i try and try but [refer to hang out with a heap of dykes. Bring on the womens space at tropical fruits.

It is definitely a straight party, but there are allot of Gays who go, and the amount of people in short fluro hot pink running shorts was quite disconcerting.. My GayDar was having issues towards the end of the day!
I love those events but I guess that is attributed to 80% of my friends been straight!

An awesome day at Harbourlife was oblivous to the fact there were Police with dogs, didn't leave the dance floor hence why I guess.
Thought that Chuck Love was just the absolute stand out for the day. His beautiful house music together with all of the instruments he played together with his singing over the tracks being played. Sensory overload for the ears.
Thought Angello and Ingrosso didn't deliver as much electro as they could have although have to say when they dropped Eric Prydz – ‘Proper Education (Daft Punk Remix)' at the end the crowd was going off.
I would still say that the 2004 Harbourlife with Kaskade and Sandy Riveria still ranks as the best ever. But am a huge Kaskade fan so am very biased!
Can't wait for the 2007 version.

Sandy Rivera is one of my gods (he rocked SFT last year if you were there Giddyup?)
And yes, that year with Sandy + Kaskade is my Harbourlife highlight too.

The new Kaskade album is sensational can't stop playing it in the car on my long drives recently for work. This artist album has gone away from his normal genre and has experimented a little bit which is great.
Unfortuanately Tim due to sport commitments wasn't able to get to SFT (Sarah is still holding that against me!). Have heard Sandy a couple of times but it has only been in outdoor events, hopefully will get to hear him indoors as well sometime soon. Just don't bring him out during the footy season!
Saw you in crowd for Ben Watt on Friday night but was just too crowded to get over to you to say hi.

Ha, hi Graham! Just realised it was you!
How hot was Ben Watt on Friday night? Man he was good. I'm loving the new Kaskade album as well, did you get the Ben Watt ITM album?
Brad

yes its that Graham!!!!! And i can say that i lost the 5kg i needed to on Friday night, that plus the sound was ordinary had to find the right spot and of course everbody else was there as well. should have called you to invite you along. will know for next time Brad!
Yeah the Ben Watt cd of ITM is sensational just love the track 'Acid Dance of the Plum Fairy'. Can you pick the classic piece he's used?
Was kinda hoping he would play it on Friday night but really not the night for it!
