Victoria Park Development Yay or nay?

We took a drive out there today to check it out.........nearly walked away with a a 2 storey 2 bedroom unit but are not sure on who or what lives out there.......does anyone know if any homo folk that live out in the development or will we be "the only gays in the village"?

Its quite tempting very affordable for what you get and being or shiney and new...

does anyone have any stories from the area or know of anyone living out there and what they think etc??

its on the opposite to Homemakers centre at Moore Park or the start of the eastern distributor north bound (has been a big vacant block of land for a few years)

that part of town is fast becoming a bit of a gay ghetto - probably not as much as moore park gardens, but i know i've dropped friends off out there who were going there to meet trade, if that's any indicator?
