i do love tate (although i cannot stand her "you're never gonna believe what i did today!" character!) but what is with that style of english comedy where the punchlines are the same each week, but the journey to the punchline is different... like Little Britain. i don't know how they manage to keep it funny each time!

I think that is one of the things that makes it so funny its all in the delivery.......I just love Nan Taylor she reminds me of my great grandmother.....

I have to admit that I'm a Tate Virgin untill last night when I watched the show on ABC2 at my dad's house. OMG how funny....................racist but very funny.

I love the scene whenre the gay boy is sitting watching soccor after he has come out to his mother (whom is a complete trash bag). His mother turnes to him asking, he must have a cock, pointing to a Guy in a Magazine. I almost fell to the ground struggling to breath cause it was so funny and out of the blue. Even my dad started to laugh. I needed a good kackle after the events of the week.

I heard a great line about her on JJJ when the show first aired over here...she was doing the royal command performance and doing her bovvered character...allegedly HRH was having a chuckle to herself and Tate's co-whatever quietly informed her of the queen's amusement....She looks up to her majesty and says "Is one bovvered?"

love it!

and of course Ms Tate as Donna Noble....love her! it is great to see another dimension to her in this...there is an element of the comedienne that comes out every now and then...but she seems to have been able to rope it in more as things have progressed.

Glad to see her back on Aunty :)

Ha! for christmas last year I got my ex a Royston Vasey snowglobe! yes I know!!! rather natty innit! ;) Did you see Pauline in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy?

As soon as he said "do you know how much damage this machine would get if I let it roll right over you" as soon as he said that....I heard Pauline, was a cac! And did you see one of them in Dr Who (Dr Lazarus) he is one of the only people in the history of the show to have written an episode and starred in it (and he's family too) :P
