This was sent around the office - a brand new diet designed to help women cope with the stress that builds during the day. I thought it pretty well suited to gay men too (or at least THIS gay man).

BREAKFAST

. 1 Grapefruit

. 1 slice whole-wheat toast

. 1 cup skim milk

LUNCH

. 1 small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach

. 1 cup herbal tea

. 1 Tim Tam


AFTERNOON TEA

. The rest of the Tim Tams from the packet

. 1 tub of Gino Ginelli ice cream with chocolate topping


DINNER

. 4 bottles of wine (red or white)

. 2 loaves garlic bread

. 1 family size Supreme pizza

. 3 snickers bars


LATE NIGHT SNACK

. 1 whole Woolworths cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

urgh.. im reading this lying in bed seriously hung over from last night..

i almost hurled

we were sucking red wine thru chocolate tim-tams tho.. from memory it was pretty gross.. kalua and milk was much better.. :)

christian - this is genius and your right sounds like it could work for a few us gay men as well....

however.. I dont think its fits in with my lite'n'easy meals somehow!

I think you are allowd to use 'lite & easy' garlic bread as a substitution for the weight conscious
