What is your favourite magazine that you always read/buy?

I'm a media junkie and free read anything in the newsagents but the ones I enjoy most are: The Big Issue; Empire; Vice and Frankie

I'm a mag whore.

I cried when The Face closed down, it was my one little obsession that got me hooked on music as badly as I am now. But sadly The Face died.

I'm a big fan of GQ and Vanity Fair when I'm on a plane and have got heaps of time to read the long articles (which I love).

Plus, hate to admit it, but I always steal my flatmate's copy of Marie Claire and read there - it has loads of great writing in it and is the best "women's" mag out there.

Cosmo, Italian Vogue and The National Enquirer (!) at the Hairdresser, New Idea, Women's Day or NW in the supermarket Queue, The IKEA catalogue and Choice when on the loo, DNA and Attitude on the bus to piss off all the rich Mosman businessmen and old ladies, Good Weekend on my balcony after I have been working all Morning, Blue and W on the coffee table and all types of German magazines to pick up language tips so yeh it looks like I'm a bit of a mag whore.

Depending on what's on the CD/DVD on the cover, either APC, PC User, PC Authority or Atomic.

OkayI have to admit I'm a media whore. I don't get time to read novels much in my job because I'm always flat out. But I do get time to read articles in magazines.

I read the following:

DNA, Instinct, Out, New Scientist, COSMOS (not COSMO), UNCUT, MOJO, Rolling Stone, JMag, Wizard, National Geographic, Time Magazine, The Bulletin

and if comics count....
X-Men
X-Factor
Uncanny X-Men
Fables
Jack of Fables
New Avengers
Mighty Avengers
Avengers the Initiative
Runaways
Cable & Deadpool

Uh, I'm either weird or the way of the future. I rarely buy a paper magazine, but I read lots online. I'm a bit of a news junkie, not that you'd know some of the titles: the SMH, the Irish Times, the Guardian, The Register, The Economist, New Scientist, and a load of blogs plus Flickr. Flickr is an obsession.

The Face has closed?

I never buy magazines - you can get all the good stuff online. I do buy comics, though. Somehow i feel like that's more worth keeping around for the long term than a magazine.

Yeah I don't know why people bother buying magazines either; they're so thin content-wise and have too many advertisements. Still, I'm also grateful that people do because it keeps me in a job.
