nah . true ectomorph and I swallowed supplements like you wouldnt believe when I did sessions with a personal trainer ( not roids , just all the latest stuff from the various health companies ). Basically am a stick figure at 65kg. Oh the line is there even at my age just not the muscle. I lifted quite heavy weights apparently for my size just nothing showed for it. If I wanted a six pack I would have to burn fat from around the ab area and I would lose about 3-4kgs more and then thats way too skinny so I just settle for a relatively flattish stomach. Besides perving much better.
