Especially when selling underwear to men, you've got a very pretty boy standing there that maybe not everyone relates to, but everyone relates to the "if I wear that underwear my package will look like that" part of the marketing spin.

The majority, if not all (especially Calvin Klien) underwear shoots use prosthetics. It's only when it looks overly unrealistic that people think they've busted them. ;)

Thats the trouble I was pointing out to Mann.

To get a great cut defined bod you have to constantly work out. You can break for a few weeks etc but thats about it , you have to maintain.

And as bascia2 says , middle age.

I was 54kg when i came to sydney so a real stick. I got to 68kg and had a belly ( not like Mark's ) and just got stuck into more exercise and now keep myself at 64kg and my limit is 66kg. Once I get to 66kg I back off on any bad foods and do extra exercise and get rid of it in a few weeks. But it gets tiring at times as its constant maintenance.

Seems like everyone is looking for excuses so they don't have to do the hard work. Mark Wahlberg was never 'massive' or a body builder. His great body was made with low body fat % and not much muscle mass and probably could get back into that shape now if he so wished. I'd rather spend 1-2 hours on fitness a day than feel like shit for 24 hours a day because of poor self image.

I was told by a friend on the weekend that my 3 selected and posted boys were totally stereotypical..
