Ok, since I joined this forum, every thread I reply to is now sending reply notifications to my email account. How do I stop this.

hey Flash ....

go to http://www.samesame.com.au/forum/images/buttons/mycontrols.gif
go to Edit Options (http://www.samesame.com.au/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions)
scroll down to Messaging & Notification
change Default Thread Subscription Mode
to your selected option
scroll to the bottom and click save changes
