So one of Showviz's worst kept secrets has been confirmed, Ginger, Baby, Scary, Sporty and Posh are all getting back together for a "Farewell" tour.

I love that they're reforming! They were the world's biggest girl band and no one has ever come close to what they achieved.

The concerts are gonna be so damn camp, can't wait!

they look like 4 real women and a mannequin on the end - i do love them though - there is something about them.......they were definitely the best of the all girl/boy bands. I can't wait till the concert i hope its an outdoor event........similar to a robbie williams expierence.......

Pass for me.. who wants to see a bunch of 30-something stretchmarked nanna has-beens strutting their passe' dance moves while miming to songs most of us would rather forget. Their fans from 10 years ago have probably moved on to emo or angry Avril Lavigne-esque music, and have all probably had babies of their own. As for the gay men, I'd rather scratch my eyes out than witness 30 year olds camping it up to "Wannabe".

now burgjo, that's a bit cynical. sure they're being paid a bundle, but there are a lot of spice girls fans out there who really got a lot of joy from this bunch. they were a breath of fresh air. and most aussie fans never got to see them perform...

and hey, it's nostalgia too. i am pretty excited - i think it'll be an awesome show.

They haven't announced where it will be yet, but my guess would be one of the BIG stadiums, like Aussie Stadium or Stadium Australia.
