i have to say that i stumbled across the name of the winner this season (the one on foxtel currently) and i almost DIED. so annoying to know who takes out the crown...

i haven't seen series six - the one that they're showing on ten. i can't wait.

6 is a great "cycle" (I love how they don't call it a series either, but just invented their own term).

In fact every cycle is awesome with ANTM. Such a brill piece of reality show, and the best part is that even the adaptations work. Australia's NTM has been pretty good, and there are loads of them around the world now. Ka-ching for Tyra, and Jay Manuel even hosts the Canadian version.

Im a ANTM maniac and have seen of every cycle -absolutely love Tyra and Miss J -was gutted when Janice Dickenson left though -utill I found her reaility shows

Im currently having Top Model withdrawals since cycle8 finished so have began watching the canadian one - but thet Jay Manuel just doesnt do it for me.

I still can't pick who will win this series, there are no real stand-outs.

I predict Natasha will get very far, maybe then final two but I think maybe Dionne will take it out. There I said it. (and no, I don't know yet so don't tell me!).

Ah, I'm the biggest sucker for well-made reality TV. I've seen every season of Next Top Model and think it just gets better every time.

The one thing about watching the same series though is that you start to realise how they edit each show - and you can normally predict pretty accurately who will be going each episode within the first 5 minutes (they tend to focus each episode on the person leaving, along with an over-riding "enemy" each season who they keep in until the final three - hello Renee this season!)

Ah, reality TV.

Having finsihed watching the atest cycle of ANTM I went into withdrawals until I discovered Canads Next Top Model but that then also finished so I am now watching the current Britains Next Top Model and its heaven. The gals are all common as earth chav slappers who say fuck all the time and one of the judges ex supermodel Paula Hamilton is a right bitch - not as bad a Janice but still a bitch. Definately worth a look if you can get hold of it.
