had the good fortune of seeing UK band Covenant a few nights ago..
They do EBM stuff, kind of early electro mix with trance.. dark but not horribly goth..
I was kinda surprised they even made it t0 Brisbane, and then stunned as they were playing a tiny venue.. ( although tickets were quite expensive )
Anyway, totally blew me away.. so good to hear the songs i loved done live! And i got to meet the lead singer after the show ( and got an autograph ) ..
They usually get lumped into the goth bracket, although with the current electro craze going around you could probably drop one of their tracks and still have people dancing..
