cant open account for boyfriend

My partner would like to create an account also but we dont seem to be able to have two accounts from the same computer?? We tried but when logging in it just switches to the other account. I can understand that samesame doesnt want people having multiple accounts but how do you get around this issue??

Heya Marly, here's some ideas that may work (or not):

1. Try using a different web browser (eg if you're using Internet Explorer usually, try it in Firefox); or

2. Make sure you click 'Sign Out' in the top right before trying to create your partner's account; or

3. Clear the cookies cache in your browser settings.

Thanks :) already tried 2 and 3. I dont know if having to use a different browser is a solution though. Only have the one at the moment.
