Hi
I've noticed now that the blogging software and comments system seems to be possessed. Say if you edit a blog sometimes hours later the blog will be showing the old un-edited version. And then it will show the new version for a while, then the old. So to really make changes stick you need to re-edit the blog a heaps of times. Or delete it and repost. Which is dumb cause then you lose the comments.
Same with comments. Sometimes I can see all of my comments. Sometimes I can see only a handful. Sometimes 6 out of 9 or 8 out of nine, depending. And that goes in cycles too.
My theory is something to do with multiple servers hosting versions of the site and not all of them being updated with the same info. Or multiple servers holding the comments for a blog so depending which version of the site I'm looking at will depend on which version of my blog and what comments are visible. Do they eventually all sync up if this is the case?
I'd love an explanation cause it does my head in!
