It could be lying in a clean bed after a nice hot shower and a good meal at the end of a hard day travelling.
It could be singing to your fave songs really loud in the car.
It could be watching your cat licking his paws or your dog snorting in his sleep.
It could be a profound zen thing (the silhouette of a flying night heron against the backdrop of a harvest moon -- from "Hannibal Rising").

What makes you tick?
Anything from the most mundane (eating lots of ice cream watching Friends) to the most profound (achieving Level 42 Grand Master Paladin with gynormous stats in your fave RPG) is welcome!

i love getting home from whereever ive been and jumping into my bed because i have crisp clean sheets and a doona. When its freezing cold i snuggle up to my doona and appreciate how lucky i am to have a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in.

I also like making sandcastles. I get to be creative, then smash it into a thousand bits when im done with it.

Simple pleasures for me =oD
