Culture and sexual identity

How can I find a compromise between my cultural background & my sexuality? I have no answer!!! I struggle a lot.
I value your feedback or experience with my question.

I have seen this so often. I used to know a group of gay boys that were all from lebanese families. They were not able to combine their culture with their sexuality, and over the years their little group of friends grew into a large gay lebanese "family". Maybe if you try to seek out other gay men from your own cultural background, you can have the best of both worlds. Fundamentally you are still leading a double life but you will be doing it with the support of others in the same situation, that understand how it is for you.
