Hi all,

I know I know, I'm abusing the forums for my own selfish reasons. :D

One of my flat mates has just decided to move out with her boyfriend so we're now on the hunt for someone. I thought this is a great place to start looking.

The place is AWESOME. I moved up from Melbourne and was lucky to find this absolutely lovely place and my flatmates. We have a great courtyard, big lounge, separate dining and great kitchen. It's quiet and spacious and very open plan. I think this place is valued over the $1 million mark.

* 3 bedroom MASSIVE terrace house in quiet surrounds. Room does not have built in robes but it's big enough to bring in drawer space or portable hangers.
* Room is a good 12 metres away from the other 2 rooms.
* You would share a big bathroom with a clean female.
* down Jersey St, 5 minute walk to Oxford St, a stone's throw to the Lord Dudley pub and the Paddington Bowls Club
* 5 minute walk to Edgecliff station
* fully furnished except for the bedroom you would occupy. (There is room for additional furniture, obviously this place would be as much ours as it is yours)

I'm laid back, extroverted, friendly, well, check out my profile.. :)
The other housemate is an american chick, thirty-something, funny, friendly, great cook (both of us actually), talkative professional. She's cool.

We're looking for:

* Gay male aged 25 - 40
* working professional with employment references.
* extroverted guy who is friendly, CLEAN, DTE, likes to share the cooking duties, and must like pets. (There's a cute dog and cat here)

The room is available from September the 2nd and it's $290 a week.. I know.. but it is Paddington..I think it's certainly worth the value for the security of the area and our locality.

Private message me if you want to know more.

I hate the way Paddington has become overrun with families, it has gone down the plughole just like Balmain.

I haven't seen many families Jackie and I've been here for 5 months.. They all look like DINKS to me (double income no kids)

probably more down towards the Woollahra end, but its a nice suburb still, Its just weird considering it was once a working class ghetto (my great grandfather first lived here after arriving from Germany)

hey robbie, you should try advertising on sharespace and flatmatefinder as well if you're having trouble finding someone
