Like most other "gay icons" the thought of anybody rating Kylie or Madonna or Barbara fucking Streisand as being talented and original or musical geniuses makes me want to spew something horrid and projectile.

I will admit, I sorta have a soft spot for Bath-House Betty (Bette Midler) cos she at least has a sense of fucking humour.

Why oh why must we be subjected to shit pop music. Even in the 80s there were better pop and dance artists than that shameful lot...even in the mainstream, Bronski Beat was not half bad, Frankie, Divine...there was at least some sort of characterto those artists and they were not a bunch of fucking divas...well maybe Divine but she was just sooo repulsive that she was brilliant.

I really do not have much else to say about the matter. I'm gonna retreat back to my room for some Bratmobile...maybe a bit of Desmond Dekker after...
