1 female / 1 couple wanted for 1 own room in Surry Hills / Redfern
The room:
1 room (some furniture available if wanted) with huge build ins, 2 big windows, sunny. Suits 1 female ($180 per week) or 1 couple ($100 per person per week).
The house:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, big kitchen/lounge, high ceilings, small backyard.
The Location:
30 seconds walk to Busstation (Nr 308, 309, 310, 343), 10 mins walk to Central Station, 10 mins walk to Redfern Station. Just across the street from Redfern Park. It's on the corner to Chalmers Street, so it's not really Redfern, more like Surry Hills. Close to Convenient Shop, Thai Restaurant, Pizza Shop, Cafe & Pub. It's a safe area!
The housemates:
Lesbian couple (23 & 26 years), both working full time. We are pretty easy going and enjoy meeting new people so we don't really feel comfortable if everyone just stays in their own rooms the whole time without talking to each other..but we do need our own quiet time and privacy as well..We do enjoy going out or having friends over - as well as staying at home, watching movies or cooking. We are clean, but not too fussy.
