Hi,
My flatmate is moving home after losing her job so I need either 1 person or a couple. Prefer gay males aged between 22 - 35.
The place is 6 months old - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.. an indoor balcony (side walls) that opens up onto Epsom Road in Zetland.

3 km walk to Oxford St. Very regular buses to the city. 15 minute bus ride to Central station.
For one flattie, the current rent is $270
For a couple they get a room with their own massive balcony - $340.
However I'm currently in talks to reduce the rent by 5% which will benefit both parties.
I have a gorgeous cat but she's quieter and shyer than a mouse. Another cat, or dog won't work.
Move in date - weekend of March 14/15th. 6 months lease.
If I can't find someone then I'm looking to move out with someone.
