Hi Guys and Gals,

Its time to get a new car the old girl is looking long in the tooth and now I have the ability to garage a car I think I might actually buy something brand new and get exactly what i want!

But unfortunately I don't know what i want!

So any suggestions.......

I'd like something sporty......fast......something that is abit of fun actually....we will have two cars and we already have a sensable car so I'd like to contribute something that you can take for a run on the weekend and let your hair down with if you know what i mean.....

I like the peugot 207 cc but that is a bit toooo GAY......

one bmw (currently a 3 series soon to be an X5......yes a family car - so gross) in the house is enough (thats the sensible car) I thought about a sporty 1 series but having 2 bmw's floating around would just look a little too pretentious - thought a z4 would be nice but way out of the price range!

How about an Audi? Both the TT Roadster and the R8 are totally hot!! The Cabriolet is nice too is you like that wanky topless look... and come on, who doesn't? :)

I have my parents old Peugeot 306, it still runs fantastically despite being 10 years old.

We have a Focus and we love it! Gotta love that German engineering and it's modelled on the European Rally car so is awesome at hugging the ground and scooting around corners at speed... much to my man's dislike!

I've got a mazda 3 MPS which is lots of fun to drive. Its basically a mazda 3 with a turbo charged high powered engine.

Very fast and most importantly it has a Bose 6 speaker stereo inside! Love it.

I was actually seriously considering a Prius the other day in a moment of green delusion. I currently drive a VW Golf, does anyone know if the Toyota Prius' are actually any good?

I have one of these.. plenty of room, don't have to pay for repairs or for on street parking and it doesn't depreciate on me!

Not to mention having to wait every half hour on Saturdays and hourly in suburban areas and none running from 11.30 pm to 8 am, and also frequently late because of several retirement villages dotting its route

haha sorry to be a pessimist but I won't talk about having to listen to the Riversluts...

Not sure what the Prius are like to drive but certainly they look quite nice and ofcourse they would be very quiet inside.
