Mine is ....a tie between The Wickham and Fluffy.

I love Fluffy for a boogie and I've had such a ridiculous amount of fun there over the years.

Likewise, I really love The Wickham for hanging out with friends in a relaxed but clubby environment. Plus, there are so many characters at The Wick...it's like watching a gay movie unfold every time you go.

second place would be a toss up between the beat and the wickham... had you asked me this a year ago i would have said the Big W for sure, but the last two times i have been to the beat i have had a great time....

I have never been to FLuffy... but I'll burst that cherry soon enough...

The beat tends to win for me... It's big enough that you can lose your mates in there, but find another group of friends in another section.

The music is tragic, but so am I - plus a random twink pash can make my night.

Used to be the Beat, but now it is the Wick. Always have a good time there. Last few times I've been to the Beat it has ended wierdly! Need to stop unplanned venue changes, this seems to be the root (hehe) cause of the problem!

Fluffy is a great place, although it's hard going out on a Sunday night and then getting up for work on Monday. If I do go out it's usually the Beat but I haven't been going out that much anymore since I've moved to the burbs lol.

Beat - definitely Fluffy would be good if it wasn't so pretentious and the Wickham would also be pretty good if it wasn't just older guys acting like children in high school

Very good description.

As with a lot of brissy clubs I don't find the people incredibly friendly. I seem to talk to lots more people in Sydney. but I love the music and venue of fluffy.

Wickham is the best by far! Not so many twinks dancing around and older guys acting like 20 year olds. I like older men who act their age!

Sporties isn't in because it's just wrong!

I've been to The Beat a few times and also Sporties, out of those two Sporties is my favourite. It's just a nice casual gay venue/club that's not too arty farty and I just feel comfortable going there. Sorry....I can't comment on The Wickham as I haven't been there before (now stop laughing please :o)
