THE HOUSE..........
Great location on Riley Street, half way between oxford Street and Central Station. Available 16th March.
It’s hard to explain on here but the house is set on a hill so the front door opens into the second floor main living area/kitchen but the room available is set across the entire ground floor which includes its own living room and a pretty awesome ensuite bathroom, perfect for a couple, someone who works from home or maybe just people who like lots of space....
The ensuite bathroom has underfloor heating, a huge jacussi bathtub, twin sinks, monsoon shower and heated towel rail. The bedroom has loads of room for a king bed & double wardrobe etc and has two frosted glass doors to let in plenty of light.
The area available is not furnished although we do have access to a ute and are happy to help you with moving a bed etc :) There is a bbq, glass table, chairs and sunshade in the garden. The rest of the house is fully furnished (including a dishwasher, huge LCD telly and 8 seater sofa).
The ground floor is tiled throughout, all halogen lighting/plenty of natural light and opens into a courtyard garden and out onto Little Riley Street. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the kitchen and main living and dining rooms.

My names Ben, I am 24, work 9-5 Monday-Friday in an office in North Sydney. I’m fairly social, enjoy going out/the gym/cinema/theatre/restaurants/beach etc. Am English, single, gay, been here for 3 years and living in this house for about 2 of those. The other guy (Dave) is a friend from England, also 24 and works 9-5 ish, he’s straight, been in Aus for about 6 months and really friendly.
YOU..........
We are looking for a couple or single person to come and join our humble home. You should be tidy, friendly and considerate. You will have plenty of privacy as our bedrooms are on the third and fourth floor but it would be good to hang together occasionally too. Ideally you will be looking for 6 months plus and have an amazing DVD collection :)
The rent is $1695 payable per calendar month ($390 per week) plus wireless internet and electricity bills which are split between us and usually not very much at all.
