Hi,
I am looking for a housemate to share a cosy little 2 bedroom baldface terrace in Chippendale. Split seconds to Broadway, UTS, Uni of Sydney and Central. It’s a nice place, polished floorboards, 2 living areas, courtyard area. Bedroom has BIR’s, heater/AC.
I am Julie, 32, I work Full time making Jewellery and I am also doing Postgrad study at Cofa full time too so I am looking for someone in a reasonably similar position, around my age or older. And yes, believe it or not I am actually sometimes home, so when I am, I like a fairly quiet and relaxed vibe.
Looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy, independent, honest, genuine, easy going and responsible. A good sense of humour is key. I would prefer someone who tends to socialise away from home as I do but who understands the value of a shared wine or beer after a long day or on a sunny afternoon ;) I also like to have the odd dinner party. As in occasional. Not odd like we all wear aluminium pyjamas or anything... That is odd, and if that is your thing, wellll...
Pets. Don’t have any, but the neighbours have a couple of the best cats in the world who come and visit very often and the window is always open to them. Would prefer not to add anything else to the mix, but I am also always open to it.
Rent is 220pw (paid F/nightly in advance) plus shared bills. Bond=4 weeks Rent. I am a sharing caring kinda girl and not really into labelling my food either and like a little interaction with the person I live with rather than the lock-yourself-in-your-room and hide away kind of vibe.
