Ha, not at work yet. Just unthawing at home for a few hours.

I presented the award for Most Popular Venue, which was won by Stonewall. And that's about all that I remember....

It was a blast, such a fun night. And my joke about Miss 3D's balls went down a treat. Not. Ha.

My highlight of the evening though was being invited by Peter Everett to his place for dinner. Rob wrote down his number on the back of a tablecloth or something classy like that and we're going to turn up with six mystery ingredients, then it's Ready! Steady! Cook!

PS. I'm 100% serious.

The DIVAs are always a great fun night. But I have to say I just don't understand why Stonewall keeps winning as the best venue. I mean the place packs 'em in but they don't spend a cent on any kind of improvements or refurb. It seems to me they just take and don't put any money back in. The only time they made any kind of modifications was when they had to because the ceiling collapsed. That whole downstairs area needs to be re-worked not to mention some attempt to get rid of the smell. And then there's the fact that you pretty much have to wade through the bathroom just to get to the toilets... ever heard of a mop? I reckon Slide should have won for at least being moderately clean. Okay vent finished

I understand what you're saying StevieBoy and there are a few venues that could do with a good hose down, but stonewall still has that trashy vibe and when that goes from the strip it'll truly be over.

Stonewall looks like they're expanding into the shop on its left.. big black box thingy set up... they should buy up all the surrounding business and make it one huge gay bar where you can actually pick up a twink and throw him around without hitting anyone else. Ah, those were the days.. :)

DIVA'S were a lot of fun I went as Dan Murphy's official date, the awards themselves were not the best on record but the aftermath was delicious....Dan's set @ Stonewall was the BEST EVA!!!!!!
