As some of the regulars around here may know, Jade and I have recently taken over the lease on our lovely little house in Newtown. Now all we need is someone to share it with!
The house has polished floorboards throughout, a gorgeous little kitchen, courtyard with BBQ, 1 bathroom with a bath, good sized loungeroom, 2 bedrooms and an attic. Its also fully furnished aside from the room for rent.
The room has a celing fan and built in wardrobe.
Our place is in a quiet street with no noise from traffic etc and yet only a 5-10 minute walk from Newtown station and King Street so it really is in a great location!
We're a friendly lesbian couple ideally seeking a female or gay male tennant, must be reliable with rent, clean and working.
Rent is $280 per week and we require 4 weeks bond and 4 weeks rent in advance to move in to our cute cottage!
