Hey, just putting this out there because I'm getting very sick of living where I am (blue mountains, isolated, 1 room granny flat :( )
I'm looking for somewhere friendly in the city - close to public transport, quiet and honest flatemates. Reasonable rates. Prefer rent somewhere in the $120 - $160 range.
I am 29, and this may turn everyone off, I don't have a job at present. I have just completed my dip. in Library Services so am searching like crazy for work. I need to move to the city to achieve this.
I am on a fixed income (I have a physical disability - I look fine I just can't walk long distances or lift fridges :o - and get Disability support pension).
I am a trustworthy, frugal person. I don't have loud parties or play music at 3am. I'm quiet and am ok with pets. I pay my bills on time. Always. I don't have any crazy friends/family members!
I have a small amount of my own furniture which also includes a keyboard (I play piano - not when you're sleeping though) and an exercise bike.
I like privacy as i am an illustrator too, but love a bit of company once in a while over dinner or a coffee.
