For the inexperienced ladies, here are some tips :)

-Work up to it, it'll build her excitement. Don't just shove your face in her crotch, pay attention to the surrounding area too.

I was 16, in highschool and slightly nervous but not overly; it just kind of happened.. we started kissing, fooling around, got more serious (2nd base) then just .... well.. yeah... i went down on her... :-) i thought i'd freak me out, but quite frankly, i was not scared... it felt totally natural..... me on the other hand... i only let a woman go 'down there'... not until i turned 19... she had more experience and wanted to.. i was less eager, more out of a lack of self-confidence more than anything but wow... all i can say is... women are way way better at it then men... that's for damn sure!! hahaa :-) ;-)

Personally i have only been with 2 and havent encountered it,altho one did seem to be a lot more into it than the other.The other just had a bit of a preference for other things.
I have just heard of so many who arent into recieving it that it makes me worry that one day i will end up with someone not into it and i wouldnt have nearly as much fun!

Well the first woman i was with apparently discovered accidently with her ex the feeling of someone after they had eaten some type of hot food,so one night after eating chillied peanuts she showed me what a different sensation it caused.;) It didnt burn just tingled a bit. I think the fruit tingles and champagne is meant to give a tingly affect too but i still havent tried it.
I have never even heard of vaginal mints!! Im assuming by your description that they get popped 'inside' and no i wasnt told to do that with the fruit tingles,just play with them on the tongue and sip champagne every now and then i think.
