I'm looking to see if there is anyone in the Gold Coast area that may be interested in renting a room?
A little about the place:
It is a duplex in Highland Park, Gold Coast.
It is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom, with 1 garage. We will be putting up a carport on the side though, a carport will be going up soon, so there will be more undercover space for a car soon.
It has a huge deck that looks out over Surfers Paradise, and quite a large back yard.
Room will be $150 per week, + we'll work out if we wanna split bills or just include them in the room.

How long does it take to get to Nerang and the coast?

Highland Park? There is plenty, not exactly gay though. But then again, I prefer it that way.
There is the Hinterland Tavern which is awesome. Great food, good times.
Highland Park is about 3 mins drive from Nerang. It takes about 10 mins to get to the beach.
