I'm a Klinefelters Syndrome person - 47XXY chromosones. Obstensibly outward a male but with a female chemistry & female body shape (pear) - sterile - needing constant testosterone treatment as my body produces none. The cruel part is that my female chemistry changes the testosterone into oestrogen and puts down a layer of fat cells. Was once greeted by a doctor who said "Gee I've never treated a medical abnormality before." I never returned to her. I'm interested in other people's journeys as it took over a decade to accept me for me. Let's hope this thread remains civil.

as I've said I have never really talked about this stuff outside of T/IS circles. I am seeing alot of IS people identifying recently. Exciting yet scary.

What do you mean by cis-girl Mega?

cis gender is anyone who isnt trans

the world is made up of mostly cis gender people and I like most of them they are ok

I hope that one day cis gendered people share the same freedoms and rights as us
