OK, the old girl is still going and if she could talk, what stories she could tell. So what are your memories of Connections?

Ok my favourite memories are:

- My first time in August 1998, off my face and Kylie's 'Did it Again' (Razor-and-go edit) was playing when I arrived, true. I got a lot of attention from the blokes since my hair was shaved off an I had a bomber jacket on and I ended up heading home with this raunchy couple and the next time I went to Connies the security guy told me to keep it in my pants.

- Mardi Gras in 1999, I remember they had a special show with Stryker Meyer for everyone who couldn't make it to Sydney.

- Sitting on the dance floor watching drag shows. Yes people sat on the floor to watch drag!!!

- Being taken into the toilets by a married guy who was built as a brick outhouse and then having this twink constantly knock and complaining that I wasn't making him cum quick enough.

- D.J. Scout, he was fucking cute as.

- The A.I.D.S. memorial shrine upstairs near the D.J. both.

what bizarre timing.

I went there for the first time ever on Wednesday night. Had fun :-)
Was surprised actually. The place sounds great, layout is ace, smoking terrace is tops. Drinks overpriced but hey you can't have it all.

It was wonderful to behold a podium crammed full of 18-25 year old shirtless very sweaty local guys and backpackers from around the world having the time of their lives :-)

However my staying memory of that night is when I went to the toilet and noticed the two urinals near the toilet entrance. I was busting to go and quite drunk so flopped it out and tried to piss.

An old man got down to eye leve l with my penis about 30cm away and gave a visual scrutiny. I yelled at him and went back outside! how rude~!

Best memory was winning Lesbian Mud Wrestling.
I love that they have no cover charge on Wednesdays!
I went home with a girl (for the very first time!) after meeting at Connies.
And after hooking up with a chick all night, letting her bite my lip..... a bit too hard, then waking up with a swollen bottom lip the next day.
I do enjoy a romp on a Wednesday!
I never went to The Court though... always got distracted at Connections. And the kebab place below it was off it's fucking head!
