Default Drug Use Survey (school project)
I'm not sure what the forum guideline is for posting external surveys, but if it's not allowed please feel free to delete this post. At best I only need this post up for 3 days.

This survey is for a major project for one of my classes at design school where I have to create an organisation that answers a cultural issue in Australia. As you have guessed, I chose drug use for my project. As part of my primary research methods I have to survey people. I figured it would be more convenient (and more anonymous) to do it online than walking up to people in the streets.
