I think you won't know who you are looking for until you know what/who you are yourself. There is no rush. Take your time and explore your own feelings and thoughts. If it's gender related there are gender aware psychologists you can talk to. A better path I think than heading straight to the gender psychiatrists. Talk to others too including the gender queer. There are soooo many possibilities these days. You might find yourself at one end of the gender spectrum, somewhere in between or not even on it lol.

this is a great place to start, I came on here and I have had alot of help and I was very closeted, to now being mostly gay to everyone, and there are still some things to sort out, but I have a better understanding of who I am because of this site.

Who needs a psychiatrist? Just be yourself and do what you want to do. Transgender is not a mental illness so why see a shrink about it?

No enhancements here, I take a size C (why do hookers always advertise in the paper they are size D? Haven't they worked out yet that guys don't like big breasts, they like smaller shapely ones).
But anyway I don't want big breasts, they would just get in the way of my active outdoor lifestyle.
Would I look more feminine with bigger breasts? I don't know but anyway it is irrelevant because I am a woman and women come in all shapes and sizes and different bust sizes so I don't feel I have to prove to anyone that I am a woman by having a huge and unweildy and un-natural bust. A bit bigger than tennis ball size suits my lifestyle fine.
I read a book recently called The Porn Report. The researchers interviewed all these guys who watch porn regularly on the net, and they said the biggest turn off in porn was women with breast implants.

I'd tend to agree and from a personal perspective, C over D. Guys get to look at and in many cases touch but they don't have to carry them round all day!!

Mine are still growing and a B atm and they get in the way when Im working on my car I have to jack it up to work under it now.

Yes, what's inside does really count however these days, appearance is highly regarded to; especially where someone could make up their mind simply by looking your way for what is it, 20 or so seconds?

Fun bags are good, mine are around a B, though fingers crossed I'll make it to C, that'll do... I'd rather avoid further enhancement simply because of cost and risk...
