TY, I do try to good but so often fail. Like I had prawns and steamed rice at home but no vegies and chocolate milk tonight. OMG only $10/kg at Woolies!!! I may have had a gentleman dinner guest. I was planning to steam some bok choy but got lazy. Beans for lunch have worked wonders....

I got up early, for me, and got right into it and made a plain baked cheese cake -hour cool down and 4+ hours chill time - and I just removed the ring and baking paper - SUCCESS ! and some raspberry coulis - My better half did a roto chook on the barbeque - with veggie sides - and for appetizers Moroccan sausage rolls. After spending all day in the yard doing overdue gardening work, and planting a huge number of partly sprouting lilly bulbs (rubrum) on huge discount at Bunnings, I am starving....and sore....but terribly pleased with the results. :-)
