Premier challenged to give NSW equality

Several states around Australia now say they'll individually legislate for marriage equality if it doesn't happen in Federal Parliament soon – so Sydney Lord Mayor and local MP Clover Moore was keen to check with NSW Premier Barry O'Farrell to see if his state would join in.

When he was in opposition he voted in favour of same sex adoption in NSW. On a personal level i'm pretty sure he would probably support it, but he has to keep in line with party politics i.e. Abbott's stance. That being said, i'm not a fan of him as premier.
