That's a big generalisation. Not all people who are into fitness and body sculpting use steroids. That claim is more often than not used by people who have a little green man sitting on their shoulder.

i think im reasonably fit compared to others my age - and i know im th fittest iv been in years

but im never gonna be on th cover of dna or mens health (plus th fact iv got a head liek a dropped pie doesnt help )

but th look liek this (below) doesnt really do anything for me - imo its over-sculpted

Actually that's quite appropriate. The "room temperature" that red wine is meant to be drank at is actually the temperature it would be coming out of a proper cellar, which would be cooler than room temperature in places such as Australia. I can't drink red anymore because it makes me sick as a dog, but I used to slightly chill red in summer before drinking it.
